• Each piece is one of a kind and lovingly handpicked by Abbie and Lauren. We will not have multiple sizes or duplicates of any items (unless stated otherwise in the item description). 
• All pieces have already been loved by a previous owner, making them "second hand". There may be some slight flaws, such as minor holes or stains, for example. 
• Flaws, if any, will be explicitly disclosed in the item's description. We believe honesty and transparency is the best policy. 
• We pre-wash, steam, and try our best to repair anything that we can ourselves. 

Shipping

• All orders will ship within 3-5 business days of the purchase date via USPS.
• Elaine 1934 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact USPS directly if you think your package is lost or stolen.
• If a package is unable to be delivered due to an incorrect address or other issue, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of shipping it again. Please ensure that the address on the order is correct. 

Returns

• All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations at this time, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
• We are happy to answer any additional questions regarding an item prior to purchase. Our top priority is to ensure you are happy with your shopping experience with Elaine.
